Finacle Patch Deployment - eKYC for TDA & Online Interest Certificates

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning.

The following updates have been deployed:

eKYC for TDA Schemes (TD/MIS/NSC/KVP):

• Now available under the CMISAOP menu for account opening.
• Mode: Only single-holder accounts can be opened.
• Validations: System checks if the linked SB account belongs to an eKYC customer.
• Reporting: Both TDA deposits and SB withdrawals will reflect in the eKYC long book.

Self-Service Interest Certificates:

• Internet banking customers can now download interest certificates for the current year and previous financial years without visiting a post office.
• Action Requested: Kindly circulate this information to all concerned post offices.
