• Action point from PMO meeting held on 22.03.2025 to enhance public access to postal services.
• Focus on leveraging high-footfall locations like ISBTs/bus stands in urban and rural areas.

Requests to Circles:

• Existing Facilities: Provide a list of Post Offices currently functioning within ISBTs/bus stands/stations in their respective Circles.
• New Setups: If no Post Offices exist at such locations, explore feasibility and submit a tentative list of proposed Post Offices for establishment.

Objective:

• Improve public access to postal services by utilizing high-traffic transit hubs.
