Subject: Regarding Training on IT 2.0 through Dak Karmayogi Portal for Online Monitoring of Training Progress.

Body:

• This is regarding the training on IT 2.0 for User Champions and End Users via the Dak Karmayogi (DKY) Portal at the Circle level.
• A refresher training session is being held for approximately 256 Master Trainers from various Circles at PTC Mysuru from April 21, 2025, to April 26, 2025. Master Trainers will train User Champions, who will, in turn, train, support, and guide End Users to ensure effective utilisation of the new system. Circles may utilize their existing infrastructure of WTCs for the training rollout.
• PTC Vadodara has created two dummy courses, "IT 2.0 User Champion Training" and "IT 2.0 End User Training," on the Dak Karmayogi Portal to facilitate reporting of training at the Circle level. These courses are onsite only and can be enrolled in by faculty members through the DKY Portal as per the regular procedure. The SOP is available on the DKY Portal's home page and is also enclosed for reference.
• The Director, PTC Mysuru, is requested to prepare the training content with the assistance of trainers from PTCs and CEPT, for uploading on the DKY Portal under the aforementioned courses. This includes an overview of IT 2.0 as pre-rollout orientation and a quiz with 25 MCO-type questions. After trainees access all content and complete the quiz, a final certificate will be generated. Course enrollment and completions will be recorded in the DKY Portal, with reports like joining/discharge reports available in the login credentials of all entities (PTC/RTC/CO/RO/DO).
• All Circles must ensure that further training of User Champions by Master Trainers and End Users by User Champions is conducted through the DKY Portal for online monitoring of IT 2.0 rollout training progress. Circles are also requested to regularly monitor training progress using the DKY Portal's dashboard tools.
