Key Points:

• IT 2.0 rollout requires comprehensive training for employees (end users).
• 09 Master Trainers from Tamil Nadu Circle have undergone initial training and will attend a refresher program from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025 at PTC Mysore.

Action Items for Tamil Nadu Circle:

a. Training Plan Preparation:

• Collaborate with the SPOC to create a detailed plan.
• Establish a rollout team at the Circle level.

b. User Champions Identification & Training:

• Identify User Champions in advance; they will be trained by Master Trainers.
• Ensure User Champions complete training by 10.05.2025.

c. Submission of Detailed Plan:

Include rollout dates (Phase III: 21.07.2025; Phase IV: 04.08.2025).

Provide:

• Number of Master Trainers in refresher training.
• List of User Champions (division-wise).
• Staff strength (cadre-wise).
• WCTC/DTC infrastructure details.
• Timeline for end-user training.
• Support requirements from Directorate.

Additional Instructions:

• Each Master Trainer must train at least 20 User Champions by 09.05.2025.
• Utilize WCTC trainers as User Champions if not nominated as Master Trainers.
• Tamil Nadu Circle has 37 WTCs with 580 systems; identify 4 User Champions per WTC.

Submission & Workshop:

• Submit the detailed plan by 21.04.2025.
• Discuss the plan at the PTC Mysuru workshop (24.04.2025–25.04.2025).
