Faculty/Trainer’s User Guide

Login:

• Use credentials provided to PTC/RTC/WTC/DTC faculty.
• Select Onsite Training and enter local XAMPP server IP address for video content access.

Example:

Username: ptcv_mgp 

 Password: ****** 

 IP Address: localhost

Course Selection:

• WTC/DTC faculty: Manually select course (e.g., IT 2.0 End User Training) and section (e.g., WTC RO VARANASI).
• PTC/RTC faculty: Courses auto-mapped by subadmin.

Course Dashboard:

• View training content (videos, PDFs) via XAMPP server.
• Update batch dates for reporting.

Trainee Nomination:

• Nominate trainees for onsite courses before enrollment.
• Trainees appear in "My Trainees" with progress tracking (progress bar shows content completion).

Reports & Tools:

• Access trainee lists, attendance, quizzes, and generate progress reports.

Trainee User Guide

Registration & Login:

• Sign Up: Enter Employee ID, DOB, email, and OTP. Default password: ptc@1509.
• First Login: Change password (must include uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character).

Course Enrollment:

For onsite courses (e.g., IT 2.0 End User Training):

• Select course after faculty nomination.
• Enter details (division, cadre, etc.) and submit.

Course Access:

• Content accessed sequentially (PDFs, videos, quizzes).
• Minimum time per page enforced before "Next" button appears.

Quizzes & Certification:

• Module Quizzes: Pass to proceed (e.g., score ≥60%).
• Final Quiz: Complete all content to attempt. Passing generates certificate.

Example:

• Your score: 3/5 (60%) → Pass Certificate generated for "Postal Manuals and Guides".

Feedback:

• Rate course relevance, content sufficiency, and provide suggestions.

Key Technical Requirements

• XAMPP Server: Mandatory for onsite training to stream videos locally.
• IP Address: Must be entered during onsite login (e.g., 102.168.1.1).
