Subject: Meeting to be chaired by DGPS with all HoCs through Video Conference on 9th June, 2025 at 03:30 PM – reg.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to convey that Director General Postal Services (DGPS) will hold a meeting through Video Conferencing with all heads of Postal Circles and Senior Officers from Directorate on 09th June, 2025 at 03:30 PM in DG Conference Room, Dak Bhawan to discuss the following agenda:-

1. Review of Performance of all the Circles with reference to achievements of revenue targets for the Financial Services, PLI/RPLI and commercial receipts (Mail Operations/Parcel).
2. Any other issue, which any of the Members, PSB may like to discuss with the HoCs.

2. FS, MO, PLI Dte. and Parcel Dte. may kindly make available the PPTs that will be run during the VC meeting.

3. The VC web link for the meeting will be shared with Circles shortly. CPMsG are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the aforesaid meeting through VC and also ensure presence of concerned officers during the VC.
