Conditions for Transfer:

• No Transit Allowance: TA/TP not claimable.
• Seniority: Adjusted per Rule-38 in the new unit.
• Service Duration: No transfer/reversion requests permitted before 3 years in the new unit.
• Training: Uncompleted induction training must be undertaken in the new unit.
• Probation: Probationary officials will be confirmed in the new unit as per rules.
• Rights Forfeited: All rights in the previous unit forfeited, except promotions from pending departmental exams.
• Pending Cases: Officials under disciplinary/vigilance proceedings cannot be relieved.

Additional Instructions:

• Declaration Required: Written agreement from officials (duplicate) to be filed in Service Books/Personal Files.
• Relieving Timeline: Controlling units must ensure timely relief as per Directorate guidelines.
