Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) – Search CODMO (VPMO) based on Delivered COD Retail Article

1. Introduction

Previously, there was no option to search COD Retail Money Orders (CODMO) based on delivered COD Retail Articles in APT.
Users had to refer to detailed reports in the Money Remittance category of the booking solution.
This functionality has now been added to the Delivery Management System.
Available to both Supervisors and Operators in the Postman and Delivery Management System.
Prerequisite: Shift must be begun in the Postman and Delivery Management System.

Access the System:
- Log in and click on the Postman and Delivery Management System card on the home screen.
Navigate to Delivery Operations:
- Click on Delivery Operations (available for both Supervisor and Operator logins).
Open Misc Options:
- Click on the Misc tool button (located on the middle-left side of the screen).
Search CODMO Number:
- From the expanded Misc menu, select Search CODMO Number.
Enter Article Details:
- A dialog box will appear.
- Enter the delivered COD Retail Article number and click Search CODMO Number.
View Results:
- The system will display:
  - CODMO Number
  - CODMO Value
  - Booking Date
  - Sender Details (Name, Address, City, State, Mobile Number)
  - Receiver Details (Name, Address, City, State, Mobile Number)
Reset or Close:
- Click Reset to search for another article.
- Click Close to exit the dialog box.
