Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) – Shift End Reversal Process in Delivery Module
1. Introduction
- In the Postman and Delivery Management System (Delivery Module), if a shift end is accidentally performed by a delivery Post Office, a reversal option is now available under the Divisional Head login.
2. Role Required for Divisional Head User ID
- Module Name: Postman and Delivery Management
- Role Name: Divisional Head
- Role Code: POS-DH-CRU Divisional Head
3. Shift End Reversal Process
- Access the System:
- Log in using the Divisional Head credentials.
- Navigate to the Postman and Delivery Management System Module.
- Locate Shift End Reversal:
- Click on the Shift End Reversal sub-card.
- Select Office & Fetch Shift Status:
- Choose the relevant office from the drop-down list.
- Click Fetch Shift Status to view offices that have ended their shift.
- Confirm and Reverse:
- Verify the displayed Shift Start and Shift End details.
- Click the Reverse Shift End button.
- Confirmation:
- A pop-up message "Shift has been reverted Successfully" will appear.
- The concerned office can now perform Shift Begin again for the day.
