Booking QR Code Payment Report

Description:

Displays QR code-based payment transactions for booking articles at counters. Supports drill-down by office hierarchy, summary and datewise views, and search by Indent ID, Transaction ID, Reference ID, or Customer Reference ID.

LOGIC:

Aggregates QR code payment data from booking transactions, summarizing by office and date. Allows detailed drill-down and search for specific transactions.

EXCEPTIONS:

• Includes only transactions completed via QR code payments.
• Covers Mail and Parcel articles, including international products.
• Excludes cash and other non-QR payment modes.

DATA LOADING FREQUENCY:

Near real-time; typically updates every 30–45 minutes based on server synchronization.

CATEGORY:

Payment analytics with office hierarchy drill-down (DTE → Circle → Region → Division → HO → SO → BO). Detailed transaction analysis in summary and datewise views. Search by Indent ID, Transaction ID, Reference ID, or Customer Reference ID.

AUDIENCE / AVAILABLE ROLES:

All Admin Offices by default. RDA can enable access for other users.
