✔ Last Installment Amount can now be entered while Initiate New recovery if different from Monthly Installment for Balance and recovery. Check component data after approval.

✔ Substitute Payment Page enhanced to Filter Status and Arrangement ID, Office ID search added.

✔ Paybill and Pension Bill cancellation after approval is now controlled by concerend circle, circle office user should mark for Cancellation from Payroll management Card post which DDO can cancel approved Paybills, Paybills marked for canellation from Circle can still be disbursed/requested for CQ by DDO.

✔ Payroll Month for generation/confirmation and validity is now managed by concerend circle from Payroll Management Card.

✔ Version upgraded to 7.20 dtd 18/09/2025.
