Subject: Rollout of APT/IT 2.0-rep.

Reference:

(i) Letter no. AIASC CHO-143/2025 dated 24.07.2025 received from the General Secretary, All India Association of Supervisor Cadre regarding appeal for postponement of Final Phase Rollout of IT 2.0 in view of Raksha Bandhan Festival.

(ii) Letter no. AIASC CHO-143/2025 dated 30.07.2025 received from the General Secretary, All India Association of Supervisor Cadre regarding urgent appeal for intervention regarding operational challenges post APT 2.0 Rollout.

The rollout of APT (IT 2.0) was undertaken in a structured and phased manner to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing operations. The implementation process commenced on 15th May 2025 and was successfully completed on 4th August 2025, covering all Circles.

The intermittent slowness issues have been resolved in coordination with all stakeholders. Any technical challenges reported by Circles during or after the rollout have been promptly addressed by the CEPT. CEPT has been working in close coordination with field units and other stakeholders to ensure quick resolution of reported issues, thereby facilitating the stable and efficient functioning of the application.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
