Respected Sir,

A kind reference is invited on the above mentioned subject, vide above reference, already a proposal was sought from all the Chief Postmasters General regarding discontinuation of physical /manual copy of Sub Postmasters Monthly Report.

After investing several thousands of crores in technology, still continuing manual submission of Sub Postmaster monthly reports does not make any sense when all the data are well available in a centralized server. Concerned Divisional office can monitor/review SMRs by generating the reports through APT 2.0 modules.

Hence this association requests to immediately issue instructions to discontinue submission of physical copy of Sub Postmaster Monthly Report to monitor/review the same by generating the same through softwares at the concerned Divisional office.
