NOTICE
(Allocation of Postal Circles)
Subject: Allocation of Postal Circle for appointment as Stenographer Grade - II on the basis of Stenographers Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2024 conducted by SSC - regarding.
Attention is invited to the Department of Posts letter No. W-05/1/2024-SPN-I-DOP dated 23.10.2025, wherein candidates recommended by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on the basis of the Stenographers Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2024, for appointment as Stenographer Grade-II in Department of Posts (SPN), were advised to submit their preference/option for allocation of Postal Circles.
2. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recommended 120 candidates for appointment as Stenographer Grade-II on the basis of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2024. Further, dossiers have been received in this Department. Consequently, Postal Circles have been allocated to all the 120 candidates, as per the criteria stipulated in aforesaid letter dated 23.10.2025.
3. Postal Circle allotted to all the 120 candidates can be seen in Annexure below in the order of rank secured in the final results of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2024. Dossiers of the candidates are being sent to Postal Circles concerned for initiating the process of appointment. The candidates are advised that further correspondence, if any, may be made with the Postal Circle concerned.
