OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Periodical Meeting of Service Associations / GDS Associations for the year 2025 -reg.

With reference to above subject, the undersigned is directed to convey that a Periodical Meeting with the recognized Service Association and recognized GDS Association under the Chairpersonship of Secretary (Posts)/DGPS is likely to be convened in Department of Posts and to request that agenda items (maximum three and items should not be bifurcated into sub items) for the aforesaid meeting may be sent to this office latest by 30.11.2025. If more than three agenda items are received in sub Paras, the first three will be considered the agenda items for discussion. The date of meeting will be intimated separately in due course.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
