Sub: Regarding tracking related issues faced by Bulk and Retail customers in APT Application

This is regarding various tracking related issues faced by Bulk and retails customers in APT Application

In this regard it is conveyed that it has been decided by the competent authority that all the circles should consolidate and provide a report on all the tracking related issues that are being faced by both the bulk and retail customers separately. Circles may also suggest remedy/solution for such issues.

All the circles are requested to provide a consolidated report latest by 31.12.25
