Subject: - Regarding clarification on Discount structure of Inland Speed Post (Documents) under BNPL Scheme.

This is in continuation of this office OM No. 39-09/2019-D [01/2025] dated 26th September 2025 vide which rationalization of discount structure on Inland Speed Post (Documents) under BNPL Scheme are issued.

1. References have been received from circles thereby seeking clarification regarding 'TD discount' as provided under discount structure on Inland Speed Post (Documents).
2. The matter has been examined and it is clarified that the word 'TD discount' mentioned in the Office Memorandum dated 26.09.2025 under rationalization of the discount structure of Inland Speed Post (Documents) shall be read as 'Local TD discount'.
