PLI/RPLI Monitoring Incentive Calculator for calculating incentives of Divisional Head, ASP(HQ), Sub Divisional Heads and Overseers.
Please read *ReadMe.txt* before using this STANDALONE windows application. No Installation Required and also No Prerequisites.
Use BOSO excel file as input source data but some data sanitization required.
Also as McCamish have no Sub Division wise data, you have to manually filter sub division wise data as separate excel file while calculating Sub Divisional Heads Incentive.

1. Please read *Readme.txt* file carefully before using this application.
2. Please note:- This application is Standalone file.(NO INSTALLATION REQUIRED. No Prerequisites.)
3. This application have 5(FIVE) input fields. All are mandatory.
4. Logic Behind Incentive Calculation:-
(A) Selection Window (Rolling 12 Months):( As Monitoring Incentive is paid only for First Year Premium.)
For each month's bill, we only select policies with an Acceptance Date falling within the preceding 12-month window
(e.g., for July 2025, we include policies from Aug 2024 to July 2025).
(B) Payment Verification (Paid Up To):
A policy is only included in a specific month's bill if its PAID TO DATE is greater than or equal to
the last day of that month.
(C) No Premium Multiplication:
Monthly Premium: Taken directly from the PREMIUM column in the source data.
Total Premium Paid: Taken directly from the PREMIUM column in the source data.
(D) Monitoring Incentive: Calculated as Input Percentage of the PREMIUM amount (Premium × 0.00x).
Where 'x' is rate of incentive
(E) Frequency-Based Rows & Dates:
Monthly: Months = 1 | Period: 1st of month to End of month.
Quarterly: Months = 3 | Period: 1st of month to End of 3rd month.
Half-Yearly: Months = 6 | Period: 1st of month to End of 6th month.
Yearly: Months = 12 | Period: 1st of month to End of 12th month.
(F) Due Month Logic:
A policy only appears in the bill for the month it is actually due
(e.g., a Quarterly policy appears every 3rd month from its start date within the 12-month window).
5. Data sanitisation(Data Cleansing) required:-
(A) For Input Source Data File:- Filter from BOSO data last one or two year data and keep only the following columns-
1. SR. NO.
2. POLICY NUMBER
3. DATE OF ENTRY

7. POLICY TYPE
8. PAYMENT
9. OFFICENAME

(B) As in McCamish no SUB-DIVISION concept, so you have to manually filter data for each Sub Division,
