Respected Madam/Sir,
This is in continuation of this office letter of even no. dated 21.04.2026. On the basis of inputs received from the Circles, the Annual Sports Calendar 2026- 27 has been updated as follows:

It is requested to kindly finalize the dates for holding the events and communicate the date(s) by 25.05.2026.

The West Bengal Circle has expressed its unwillingness to host the Cultural Meet. Therefore, if any other Circle is willing to host the Cultural Meet, willingness may be submitted to this office. It is intimated that without the willingness from Postal Circles, the event of the Cultural Meet may not be conducted.

This has the approval of the competent authority.
