Subject: Time lines for rollout and migration of GDS Online CCE Portal to APT 2.0 - reg.

CEPT vide email dated 21.04.2026 has informed that the CCE portal under APT 2.0 is ready for death registration and proposed timelines for rollout and migration from Version IT 1.0 to APT 2.0 as under:-

I	Disabling of CCE Registration in Version 1.0 Portal	April 22/23, 2026
II	Migration of Registration Data (Death/Missing cases) to APT 2.0	April 23, 2026
III	Readiness of the Portal for Go-Live & sharing of Operational Guidelines	April 23, 2026
IV	Go-Live of CCE Portal in APT 2.0	April 24, 2026

CEPT is requested to proceed in accordance with the above timelines. All Circles are also requested to take the following action:-

(i) Start death registration in the new CCE portal, including cases received under the one-time relaxation scheme for consideration in the Aug-2026 half- yearly CCE.

(ii) Launch a special drive to complete all cases pending(Cases indexed in the IT 1.0 up to 21.04.2026) on or before 31.05.2026.

Operating Guide for death registration in CCE Portal under APT 2.0 will follow.
