Diversion and Re-location of Postal Civil Division Posts – DOP Office Memorandum dated 01.06.2026

The Competent Authority has approved diversion/re- location of following posts/office with immediate effect

The Postal Civil Division, Pune is temporarily diverted to Madhya Pradesh as Postal Civil Division-II, Hqr at Bhopal with jurisdiction of PCSD-II Bhopal, PCSD Shivpuri & PCSD Jabalpur. Existing PCD, Bhopal will now be PCD-I Bhopal with jurisdiction of PCSD-I Bhopal, PCSD Indore & PCSD Raipur.

A new Postal Civil Sub-Division at Shivpuri under Postal Civil Division-II, Bhopal is created by diverting the post of Assistant Director (Bldg.), O/o CPMG, Rajasthan, Jaipur with jurisdiction of the revenue Districts of Ashok Nagar, Bhind, Datia, Guna, Gwalior, Morena, Sheopur and Shivpuri carved out from PCSD-II Bhopal.

A new Postal Civil Sub-Division at Nasik under Postal Civil Division Mumbai is created by diverting post of Assistant Director (Building), O/o CPMG, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai and will have the jurisdiction over revenue Districts of Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgoan, Nashik, & Ahilyanagar.

Headquarter of Postal Civil Sub Division Jalgaon is shifted to Yavatmal under Postal Civil Division, Nagpur which will have the jurisdiction over revenue Districts of Yavatmal, Hingoli, Parbhani, Nanded & Chandrapur.

The Postal Civil Sub Division Nagpur will have the jurisdiction over revenue Districts of Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondiya and Garhchiroli.

The Postal Civil Sub Division Pune will have the jurisdiction over revenue Districts of Pune, Satara, Solapur, Sangli and Kolhapur.

The Postal Civil Sub Division Goa will have the jurisdiction over revenue Districts of Ratnagiri & Sindhudurg of Maharashtra and State of Goa.

The Postal Civil Sub Division Amravati will have the jurisdiction

The Postal Civil Sub Division C. Sambhajai Nagar (Aurangabad) will have the jurisdiction over revenue districts of C. Sambhajai Nagar, Jalna, Beed, Latur and Dharashiv.

The Postal Civil Division, Nagpur will have revised Jurisdiction of PCSD Yavatmal, PCSD Nagpur, PCSD Amrawati and PCSD C. Sambhajai Nagar (Aurangabad).

The Postal Civil Division, Mumbai will have revised Jurisdiction of PCSDs in Mumbai, PCSD Goa, PCSD Pune & PCSD Nashik.
