📢 Key Resolutions Passed in the 13th FNPO Federal Congress & 26th NAPE Group 'C' All India Conference

The Conference deliberated extensively on issues concerning postal employees and unanimously adopted the following resolutions:

National Issues

✅ Transparent Inter-Circle/Inter-Regional Transfer Policy for Group 'A' & 'B' Officers.

✅ PLI/RPLI Incentive Structure to be revamped; incentives to be extended to officials directly involved in procurement and servicing, including Postmasters and CPC PAs.

✅ Business Procurement Targets to be handled by dedicated marketing teams; operational staff should not be burdened with marketing targets.

✅ Exemption from Rotational Transfer for officials with one year or less service left before retirement.

✅ If Postal staff continue to perform IPPB-related work, they should receive the same incentives, facilities and welfare benefits as IPPB employees.

✅ Improvement of Office Infrastructure by providing CCTV, better maintenance, and AC facilities in HPO Postmaster chambers.

✅ Protection of Accounts Line and Existing Cadres; opposition to cadre mergers that dilute promotional avenues and cadre identity.

Tamil Nadu Circle Issues

✅ Demand for transfer of Shri Senthilkumar, AD Mails, RO Madurai, in the interest of administrative fairness.

✅ Thorough investigation and accountability in the Chennai South Division Fraud Case.

✅ Immediate improvement of infrastructure and working conditions at Chennai IBC (Foreign Post).

✅ Withdrawal of Professional Tax recovery from GDS officials.

✅ Filling up of 49 vacant HSG-I Accounts Line posts and improving promotional opportunities.

✅ Immediate filling up of vacant HSG-II posts in Foreign Post, or downgrading them suitably to ensure promotions and smooth functioning.

🎯 The Conference strongly urges the Postal Directorate and Tamil Nadu Circle Administration to take expeditious action on these resolutions to safeguard staff welfare, improve transparency, strengthen infrastructure, and protect the legitimate interests of postal employees.
