Subject: Launch of Training Courses titled Introduction to e- KYC functionalities in the DREAM app for GDS" - reg.

This is in reference to the SB Order 06/2026 issued by the FS Division regarding the introduction of e- KYC operations and interoperability for POSB Accounts in Branch Post Offices. In this regard, a Training Course on the workflow and guidelines for e- KYC functionalities in BOs has been developed and made live on the iGOT Portal. The course may be accessed by searching the course title "Introduction to e- KYC functionalities in the DREAM app for GDS" on the iGOT Portal.

Therefore, it is requested to give wide publicity to the course and ensure that all GDS BPMs complete it at the earliest. This will facilitate the effective and error-free utilization of e-KYC functionalities at Branch Post Offices, thereby enhancing service delivery and customer experience.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
