CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Handling of Court Cases – Corrigendum regarding.

Attention is invited to D.O. Letter No. LC-11/1/2025-SR and Legal-DOP, dated 23rd July, 2026, of the Deputy Director General (Estt. & Planning) forwarding therewith the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Handling Court Cases.

The last line of Paragraph 2 of the said D.O. letter may be read as under:

For

"The draft SOP."

May be read as:

"The SOP."

All other contents and instructions contained in the aforesaid D.O Letter dated 23rd July, 2026 shall remain unchanged.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
