The Department of Posts has introduced a revised consolidated discount structure for contractual customers (including aggregators) of International Mail/Parcel Services (EMS, ITPS, Air Parcel). Discounts will now be determined on consolidated monthly revenue at the customer ID level instead of separate product-wise calculations.

Key Highlights:

• Base discounts range from 0% to 28%, with an additional 2% DNK/self-booking discount, making the maximum effective discount up to 30%.
• Revenue across multiple services and locations under National Account Facility will be consolidated.
• Retail customers continue with existing discounts (2% ITPS, 1% EMS).
• Effective from 1st November 2026, superseding the 2024 structure.
• Circles must ensure proper mapping of customers and system updates for implementation.
