The Department of Posts has implemented an Online Aadhaar Payment module via the APT Booking Solution at Post Office Aadhaar Centres. Circles are directed to:

• Utilize the online payment option for Aadhaar enrolment and update services.
• Train counter officials on its functionality.
• Encourage customers to use digital payments.
• Report technical issues to CEPT promptly.

A User Manual has been circulated for guidance. The SOP outlines step‑by‑step procedures for Aadhaar/MBU fee collection, including vendor transaction completion, booking in APT, customer detail entry, cart submission, payment processing, report verification, and account submission. Compliance checks ensure accuracy and proper accounting.
