Auto status updating for pending complaints

1. ASU Application will extract information of all pending complaints of different article types(Spnet , rnet , pnet COD/Non COD , emo )
2. Information contains Article barcode and complaint number for each pending record
3. Application send query with (article barcode) to a identified procedure in respective databases
4. The procedure in respective DB will check all tracking events and sort them date and time stamp wise and return latest status to ASU for each article barcode queried
5. Application ASU will update the status in CCC database for respective complaint number based article barcode

End result : Origin and Destination CCC and as well complainant can latest tracking status for the pending complaint in CCC tracking page itself
