Subject: Identification/Classification of various posts in the Department of Posts as sensitive and non-sensitive -regarding.
Reference is invited to this Division's letter no. 4-7/2009-Vig dated 08.03.2018 and subsequent corrigenda dated 02.05.2018, 05.08.2019, 14.06.2021 and 16.02.2024 issued from time to time on the subject as mentioned above. In view of CVC mandate, this Division undertakes identification/review of posts as sensitive; in the department; from time to time. For the aforesaid task, roles; duties and nature of work attached to the posts [permanent establishment/ deputation/ attachment etc] in Divisions in the Postal Directorate/ PLI Directorate/ Parcel Directorate/ BD Directorate, Circles, CEPT, RAKNPA and PTCs; is required to be analyzed for such identification.
