Subject: Deferment of Rule-3 -on request GDS Transfer Cycle and related activities.

Sir/Madam,

In view of the scheduled IT 2.0 Roll out w.e.f. 15.08.2025, CEPT has requested to reschedule all the Establishment/Personnel division-related activities like Rule3 Transfer Cycle, GDS Online engagement, Rule38, CRC, etc., till completion of the roll out process. In view of this, it has been decided that the upcoming Rule-3 Transfer Cycle scheduled in the month of May-June, 2025, is now deferred till the roll out of IT 2.0 solution by CEPT. The transfer schedule will be communicated to all concerned in due course.
