RMS section/Railways to convey cash through section baggised into accounting	Rs. 1 lakh
Account bag handed over to carrier in vigilmet room	Rs. 2 lakh
WVMs duty cash through Treasurier/Assistant Postman & Mail Guard remittance	Rs. 2 lakh
Other armored escort	Rs. 10 lakh
Cash through BPM/BPM to ABPM/Dak Sevak; Cash through BPM/SRM or Dak Sevak	To be decided by Heads of Circle based on local conditions

Additional Notes:

• The above limits also apply to HRO/SRO (RMS Offices) and Branch Offices.
• Cash limits for ABPM arrangements will be determined by Heads of Circle after assessing local law and order conditions.
• Due to increased focus on digital transactions, these limits will be reviewed after one year for adequacy.
