Instructions regarding IT 2.0 Supervisor Training at Postal Training Centre

Respected Heads of Divisions & Units:-

This is regarding deputing officials for attending IT 2.0 training for Supervisor at PTC Madurai.

As directed by CO Chennai, PTC Madurai has scheduled 3 days End user training for Supervisor from 19.05 to 19.07 continuously.

Further, as directed, 5 days program has been curtailed to 3 days. Hence, the contents need to be delivered as much as possible within the available time subject to availability of network and response from training server

Further, Dte has instructed that the enrollment and completion of course to be done for all the trainees in Dak Karmayogi portal as the same is being monitored by top level.

In this regard, all Heads of Divisions / Units are requested to co-operate with PTC on the following aspects for smooth conducting of training at PTC Madurai.

1) Before getting relieved from Divisions / units, the officials to update their profile in Dak Karmayogi portal and to keep their login active. Nominated officials may be advised in this regard please.

This will avoid the wastage of time in updating their profile, resetting of password etc at PTC Madurai.

2) Further, PTC Madurai has informed that the nominated officials to report only on the date of Commencement of training from 6 am to 7.30 am. But in many divisions, the reporting time is wrongly mentioned as 5 pm of previous day of the training as in the case of previous Induction Training batches. The officials need to be informed in this regard please .

3) PTC Madurai has requested to send the details of nominated officials in the prescribed pro-forma through email for making necessary arrangements. Such details in the prescribed pro-forma are not being recd from many Divisions Units. This may please be arranged for each sessions.

4) Further, From 2nd session to 4 sessions, for collecting the details of Employee ID of the nominated officials, PTC Madurai will be contacting Divisions / Units directly. The concerned Dealing Assistant may be informed in this regard.

The support of the Divisions Units are very much required in this time please.
