Login & Navigation

Installation & Login:

• Enter Employee ID and password to access role-specific dashboards.

Menu Options:

• Accessible via three horizontal lines (top-left); displays duty-specific cards/sub-menus.

Doorstep Delivery Workflow

1. Article Acknowledgment

• Summary Screen: Displays all invoiced articles and eMOs for delivery.
• Details View: Check article numbers, COD/VPP amounts, and acknowledge receipts.

2. Article Delivery Process

Auto-Fetch or Manual Entry: Scan barcodes or manually enter article details.

Delivery Options:

• Delivered: Capture receiver’s name, ID proof, digital signature, and photo.
• Not Delivered: Select reason from dropdown (e.g., "addressee absent").

COD Payments:

• Cash or QR-based payment confirmation.

3. eMO Handling

• Payment: Similar to article delivery; confirm cash/QR receipt.
• Bulk Delivery: Process multiple eMOs efficiently.

Additional Functions

LB (Letter Box) Clearance

• Scan LB, enter ordinary article count, and submit.

Pickup Management

• Assign agents for mail collection and integrate into the mailing system.

Miscellaneous Tools

• Track & Trace, PIN code search, and generate reports (articles, eMOs, LB stats).
