Subject: Approval for conduct of two-week Departmental Training for LSG (in PO) officials – Reg.

Reference is invited to your letter No. TRG/18-01/HSG/2024 dated 11.11.2025 regarding conduct of the two-week Departmental Training for LSG (in PO) officials eligible for promotion to HSG-II for the vacancy year 2026.

In view of the importance of timely completion of training for upcoming DPC, approval is hereby accorded to conduct the training for 300 officials at PTC Madurai and the remaining 700 officials at the respective Workplace Training Centres (WTCs), ensuring completion of the entire programme on or before 15.12.2025.

The Circle may ensure uniformity in training content, faculty standards, evaluation, and documentation across all WTCs, in alignment with the prescribed guidelines. Necessary coordination with PTC Madurai may also be maintained.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
