📌 Kind attention, Dear SPOCs,

⏰ It has been observed that over the past week, SOL Change/Deletion/Activation requests are being submitted through the MIS portal late at night by DOs—often via mobile devices.

⚠️ Some DOs repeatedly place these late‑night requests, which should be avoided.

📋 Please ensure:

• Upload SOL/ROLE Change/Deletion/Activation requests before the end of the day (EOD).
• Include the correct effective date.
• Refrain from submitting requests via mobile after hours.

📣 Please inform the respective OAs to follow the same procedure when raising requests in DO.

🙏 Your cooperation will help us process MIS portal requests promptly.
