Sub:- Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the grade of Assistant Accounts Officers of IP&TAFS Group 'B' (AAO LDCE 2024) held from 08.01.2025 to 11.01.2025- Forfeiture of promotion of candidates- regarding.
The promotion and posting orders of 442 candidates selected in AAO grade of IP&TAFS Group 'B' through AAO LDCE 2024, were issued vide OM No. 301/08/2024/PACE/3602- 3666 dated 09.05.2025.
As stipulated in para no 02 of the aforementioned OM, promoted officials were directed to join their offices of posting not later than 30 days of issue of that order, but the below mentioned candidates have not joined their office of posting till now:

The candidates mentioned at S.N. (iv) to (xi) have already been granted extensions vide this office OMs dated 28.08.2025 (extension up to 08.09.2025) & 21.10.2025 (extension up to 08.11.2025), however they have failed to join their office of posting on promotion till now.
Since sufficient opportunity to join the office of posting on promotion has already been granted, the promotion of all the aforementioned 11 candidates against this office OM No. 301/08/2024/PACE/3667-3732 dated 09.05.2025 is, hereby, forfeited.
This issues with approval of the competent authority.
