I am directed to call for willingness of officials working under your Units in PA/SA cadre to work in Foreign Post on attachment basis.

In this regard, the following is intimated:

The willingness of officials to work in Foreign Post, Chennai is on attachment basis only. Pay and allowances admissible to the post presently they hold will be drawn by the parent Division.
They are not eligible for deputation allowance.
The applications of the willing officials may be forwarded with the recommendations of the Divisional Head only.
The officials should specifically inform while applying that they are willing to forego TA/TP/JT etc.
The last date of receipt of application at Units is 05.02.2026.
The bio-data of the willing officials in the enclosed proforma along with vigilance clearance may be forwarded to this office by the Units concerned.
