1. 📄 One-Time Compassionate Engagement Relaxation
   A special one-time relaxation has been approved to facilitate the compassionate engagement of dependents of postal employees who died during the period 2020-2025 as Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS).

2. 💻 Digital Engagement Roll Introduced
   The Department of Posts has introduced an "eEngagement Roll" for Gramin Dak Sevaks, moving the process from physical to digital records.

3. 🏖️ Revised Leave Accumulation Policy
   New rules allow Gramin Dak Sevaks to accumulate paid leave; however, this accumulated leave does not come with encashment facilities.
