Subject: Delivery PO Performance review by Secretary (P) on 18.06.2026.

It has been observed that the Delivery PO Performance of field offices has been showing a declining trend over the recent period. The decline in performance is a matter of concern and requires focused attention, close monitoring, and timely corrective action at all levels to ensure adherence to prescribed operational standards and service delivery targets.

In view of above it has been decided that a comprehensive review of the Delivery PO Performance of Speed Post Document and Parcels, chaired by the Secretary (P) will be held on 18.06.2026 through VC on following parameters.

a. Delivery PO Performance – Against Received b. Delivery PO Performance – Against Invoiced c. Status of Undelivered Articles

All Heads of Circles are requested to ensure their participation in the review meeting along with Regional Heads of Metro Cities (excluding Delhi).

The time of the meeting and the VC link will be communicated separately.
