Addendum II
Subject: Delegation of Financial Powers to the Director General Postal Services (DGPS) and Members of the Postal Services Board (PSB) of the Department of Posts (DoP) - Addendum.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's Office Memorandum of even number dated 27th March, 2025 and Addendum dated 22nd May, 2025 delegating financial powers to the Director General Postal Services (DGPS) and Members of the Postal Services Board (PSB) in Appendix-I & Appendix-II, respectively.
Subsequent to the revision of financial powers delegated to Heads of Circles, Heads of Department & Divisional Heads vide Addendum-III F.No.6-2/2025-FA(P) dated 09.06.2026, it has been considered expedient to revise the delegation of financial powers to the DGPS and Members (PSB).
(A) Appendix-I
Delegation of Financial Powers to the Director General Postal Services (DGPS)

Accordingly, the Secretary (Posts), in consultation with the Joint Secretary & Financial Adviser (JS & FA), is pleased to revise the extent of financial powers delegated to the DGPS and Members (PSB), under Rule 12(2) of the DFPR, 2024, in respect of the following items of expenditure contained in Appendix-I and Appendix-II, respectively:
All other contents of the OM of even no. dated 27.03.2025 & Addendum dated 22.05.2025 remain unchanged.
