Subject: Franchisee Scheme for booking of International Speed Post Articles

This has a reference to Delhi Circle letter no BDM/FO/Fgn.Post/2025 (xvi) dated 18.05.26 wherein clarification is sought regarding applicability of New Franchisee Scheme 2.0 to existing International Speed Post OSAs and allotment of licence to fresh Outsourced International Mail agents in reference of this office letter dated 11.12.2025.

It is intimated that OSAs are merged with New Franchisee Scheme 2.0. Required solution/functionality in c/w booking and pickup of international articles under New Franchisee Scheme 2.0, in APT 2.0 is under development which will be completed shortly.

Thus, in continuation of this office letter 39-03/2019- D(Pt.) dated 10th July 2025, it is clarified that "enrolling fresh OSAs as well as existing OSAs under International Mail, can be considered to boost the international business on the existing terms and conditions as well as on the same commission structure permissible to existing OSAs till further orders"

This issues with the approval of competent authority.
