ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (j) of Rule 56 of the Fundamental Rules [FR 56 (j)], the President hereby retires Shri Manoj Kumar-II (IPOS:2005), Director, Postal Training Centre, Vadodara, Gujarat, Department of Posts, from the Government Service in the public interest, on attaining 50 years of age on completion of the period of three months from the date of issuance of this order i.e. with effect from 18.12.2026 (F/N).

The Government servant shall be entitled to such retirement benefits as are admissible under the relevant rules. The ongoing departmental proceedings against him shall continue post-retirement under Rule 8 of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021.

In terms of para 8.2 of the DoP&T OM No. 25013/03/2019-Estt.A-IV dated 20.08.2020, the Government servant may submit a representation against this order before the Representation Committee constituted by the DoP&T vide OM No. 25013/01/2024-Pers. Policy A-IV dated 11.05.2026.
