Sub: Conducting Paper IV (DEST) to the candidates qualified in Paper I & II and Paper III of LDCE/CE for PM/MG for the vacancy year 2026 (01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026) held on 12.07.2026.

Ref: Notification No. REP/5‑1/2026 dated 01.06.2026

Kindly refer to the notification cited above on the said subject. In this connection, I am directed to intimate that Paper IV (DEST) to the candidates qualified in Paper I & II (combined) and Paper III of the said examinations is scheduled to be held on 20.09.2026 (Sunday).

Qualified candidates of Circle Office, O/o GM(PAF), MMS Chennai, Airmail Sorting Division, RMS M Division, Chennai Sorting Division, Foreign Post will attend the DEST at Chennai Centre.

In this regard, I am directed to request to: (i) Fix venue for conducting DEST (one in each Region). (ii) Nominate Centre‑Supervisors, Observers and Invigilators for the DEST.

Instructions to candidates, Invigilators, Centre‑Supervisors and proforma for observer report are enclosed herewith for taking further action at your end.

Details of venue, Centre Supervisors and Observers may be intimated to this office on or before 15.09.2026.
