Subject: – Guidelines regarding data migration and assignment of roles in Membership Verification Portal.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to forward herewith the guidelines regarding data migration and assignment of roles in the Membership Verification Portal for information and necessary action.

The Membership Verification Portal has currently been made available to the Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan Circles for testing purposes. Accordingly, these two Circles are requested to instruct the concerned to undertake the data migration and role assignment exercise strictly in accordance with the enclosed guidelines and complete the same by 26.10.2026.

The remaining Circles are requested to take note of the prescribed procedure and make the necessary preparations for its implementation. Upon successful completion of the testing exercise in Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan Circles, the portal will be made available to all Circles for undertaking the exercise in the same manner.

In case of any discrepancy or technical issue encountered during the exercise, the Nodal Officer designated by the Circle for the Membership Verification Portal shall coordinate with the Directorate for its resolution.
