Postman and Delivery Management - Returning Unclaimed Articles After 7 Days

Navigate to the Module:

• Go to Postman and Delivery Management.
• Click on the arrow button on the right side.

Locate Pending Articles:

• Under "Articles pending for more than 7 Days", click on the count (e.g., "15").

Process Return to Sender (RTS):

• Select the article to be returned (one at a time).
• Choose the appropriate RTS remarks.
• Click the "Update Remarks" button.

Final Steps:

• Fetch the articles in Bag Management.
• Close the bag to complete the process.
