7.3 Unregistered Article

This option allows a Branch Postmaster (BPM) to handle ordinary articles, both with and without a barcode.

Key Functions:

• Invoice ordinary articles with a barcode.
• Account for ordinary articles without a barcode.
• Account for and collect Postage Due amounts.
